放松训练联合心理干预对手术麻醉患者应激反应及焦虑抑郁情绪的影响分析

| 摘要 |
分析手术麻醉患者应用放松训练联合心理干预后应激反应、负面情绪变化。方法 选取2017年1月至2018年6月期间来我院就诊的117例手术麻醉患者，依据随机平行对照法分为对照组58例及观察组59例，两组患者均给予常规围术期干预，其中对照组患者增加心理干预，观察组患者在对照组基础上应用放松训练，观察患者手术前后焦虑抑郁情绪变化、免疫功能、睡眠质量及血压心率变化，并对比术后生活质量。结果 干预后，观察组心率、舒张压、收缩压、CD8+水平及AIS、SAS、SDS评分低于对照组，CD3+、CD4+水平及QLQ-c30评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 放松训练联合心理干预能够有效改善手术麻醉患者负面情绪、免疫功能及应激反应，提升睡眠质量及术后生活质量。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the stress response and negative emotion changes in patients with surgical anesthesia after relaxation training combined with psychological intervention. Methods A total of 117 surgical anesthesia patients who came to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled. According to the randomized parallel control method, 58 patients in the control group and 59 patients in the observation group were given routine perioperative intervention. Among them, the control group increased psychological intervention. The observation group used relaxation training on the basis of the control group. The changes of anxiety and depression, immune function, sleep quality and blood pressure heart rate were observed before and after surgery, and the postoperative quality of life was compared. Results After intervention, the heart rate, diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, CD8+ level and AIS, SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The CD3+, CD4+ and QLQ-c30 scores were higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Relaxation training combined with psychological intervention can effectively improve the negative emotion, immune function and stress response of patients with surgical anesthesia, improve sleep quality and postoperative quality of life.
