摘要
[目的]自闭症患儿在引导式教育和感统训练中的联合治疗效果。[方法]以2017年11月--2019年7月为时间段,选择我院收治的自闭症患儿共200例,采取随机数表法将其分成对照组、研究组,各组100例。对照组单单给予感统训练干预,研究组则配合引导式教育+感统训练干预。评价比较两组患儿的临床疗效,同时根据“S-S法”测定认知、语言交流沟通及语言表达能力,观察患儿治疗后的症状积分(食欲、睡眠与体质),另外,根据《孤独症行为量表》(ABC)评价患儿孤独症状。[结果]第一,研究组总有效率为96%,对照组为83%,研究组高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);第二,研究组认知能力、语言交流沟通能力以及语言表达能力显著高于对照组,二组有统计学差异(P<0.05);第三,研究组食欲、睡眠、体质症状积分明显低于对照组,二组有统计学差异(P<0.05);第四,研究组治疗后ABC评分低于对照组,存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。[结论]自闭症患儿,引导式教育和感统训练联合治疗,疗效确切,建议推广。
Abstract
[Objective] To evaluate the combined therapeutic effect of guided education and sensory training for children with autism. [Method] From November 2017 to July 2019, 200 children with autism in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and research group with 100 cases in each group by random number table method. The control group was only given sensory training intervention, while the research group was combined with guidance education and sensory training intervention. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated and compared. The cognitive, verbal communication and verbal expression abilities were measured by S-S method. The symptom scores (appetite, sleep and constitution) after treatment were observed. In addition, the autism symptoms were evaluated by the Autism Behavior Scale (ABC). [Result] Firstly, the total effective rate was 96% in the study group and 83% in the control group, which was higher in the study group than in the control group (P < 0.05). Secondly, the cognitive ability, language communication ability and language expression ability of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Thirdly, the appetite and sleeping ability of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The scores of sleep and physical symptoms in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Fourthly, the ABC scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). [Conclusion] Guided education combined with sensory training is effective for children with autism, and it is recommended to be popularized.
