摘要	冠心病与抑郁关系密切，两者相互影响、相互促进。冠心病共患抑郁的发病率逐年升高，严重影响患者预后和生活质量，但其病理生理机制尚不明确。因此本文将对冠心病合并抑郁可能的病理生理学机制进行综述，以期为更好地理解冠心病合并抑郁的发病机制及其防治提供理论依据。
Abstract	Coronary heart disease (CHD) and depression are closely related to and mutually influenced by each other. The incidence of CHD comorbid with depression has been increasing year by year, seriously affecting the prognosis and quality of life of patients, but its pathophysiological mechanism has not been clear yet. In this paper, the possible pathophysiological mechanisms of CHD comorbid with depression were reviewed in order to provide a theoretical basis for understanding the pathogenesis and prevention of CHD comorbid with depression well.
