| Abstract |
[Objective] To investigate the mental health status of nurses in disinfection supply center and put forward feasible prevention and treatment countermeasures. [Methods] From February 2018 to July 2019, 22 nurses in the disinfection supply center of our hospital were selected as the subjects, and their mental health was evaluated with the Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90), and the norm was used as the control for comparative analysis. [Result] The scores of somatization, compulsion, interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety, hostility, fear, paranoia and psychosis of nurses in disinfection supply center were (1.59 (+0.34), (1.74 (+0.41), (1.82 (+0.25), (1.79 (+0.53), (1.68 (+0.21), (1.67 (+0.28), (1.49 (+0.32), (1.67 (+0.56), respectively. (1.41 + 0.21), higher than the norm (1.37 + 0.48), (1.62 + 0.58), (1.65 + 0.61), (1.50 + 0.59), (1.39 + 0.43), (1.46 + 0.55), (1.23 + 0.41), (1.43 + 0.57), (1.29 + 0.42). There were significant differences between the two groups (P < 0.05). [Conclusion] The mental health of nurses in disinfection supply center is poor. Therefore, we should pay attention to their mental health problems and take feasible measures to intervene to promote their physical and mental health.
