摘要	精神发育迟滞患者的性防卫能力评定是法医精神病鉴定的主要内容之一，性防卫能力的评定受到多种因素影响，本文对目前精神发育迟滞患者性防卫能力评定因素的临床研究现状做一综述。
Abstract	The evaluation of sexual defense ability of patients with mental retardation is one of the main contents of forensic psychosis, and the evaluation is affected by many factors. This paper reviews the clinical research status of sexual defense ability assessment factors in patients with mental retardation.
