摘要	十余年来，迷走神经刺激术主要是经手术埋置电极于颈部的侵入性刺激技术，新近出现了无创的经皮耳迷走神经刺激方法。在治疗难治性抑郁症、普通抑郁症的临床研究中，迷走神经刺激术作为辅助或独立使用的物理治疗方法，已经显示出了较好的抗抑郁效应。本文拟对迷走神经刺激术临床研究进展进行简要综述。
Abstract	For more than ten years, vagus nerve stimulation has been mainly performed by invasive stimulation technique operated in the neck, and transcutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulation has recently appeared. In the clinical study of major depressive disorder and treatment-resistant depression, vagus nerve stimulation, as an auxiliary or independent physiotherapy method, has shown a good antidepressant effect. In this paper, the clinical research progress of vagus nerve stimulation is briefly reviewed.
