Objective: to analyze the depression and its influencing factors during the treatment of cervical cancer with concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Methods: from January 2012 to December 2017, 150 patients with cervical cancer underwent concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy were selected for the study, and their relevant data were analyzed retrospectively. All patients were assessed with social support scale, family care index questionnaire, Becker depression self-assessment scale and general situation questionnaire, and questionnaire survey was carried out by convenient sampling method to summarize and analyze the patients inhibition Depression and its influencing factors. Results: the depression score of 150 patients in this group was (20.8 ± 9.2), 105 patients were found depression, the detection rate was 70.0%. The total scores of social support (36.9 ± 5.7) and family care index (7.8 ± 1.9) were negatively correlated with depression (P < 0.05). Univariate analysis: the influencing factors of depression include the number of health education, treatment, age, diagnosis and grading, monthly family income, social support, family care, etc. Conclusion: during the treatment of cervical cancer patients with concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy, there are serious depression, which is related to a variety of influencing factors. Therefore, effective measures should be taken to protect the psychological health and treatment effect of patients.
