Objective: To observe the effect and compliance of antidepressants in the treatment of post-stroke depression. Methods: 60 patients with post-stroke depression admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the subjects of study, 30 of them were treated with routine therapy as the control group, 30 of them were treated with antidepressants as the observation group, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results: there was no difference in HAMD and NIHSS scores between the two groups before and after treatment, but the difference was statistically significant in the observation group , compared with the control group (P < 0.05); the level of serum factors in the observation group improved after treatment, but the improvement was better in the observation group, compared with the control group (P < 0.05), with statistical significance; patients treatment compliance in the observation group vs control ,The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion: Antidepressant treatment of post-stroke patients with depression has a significant effect on the improvement of depression and neurological deficit, which can improve the treatment compliance of patients and can be promoted.
