| 摘要 |
目的：探讨精神分裂症患者探索性眼球活动与精神症状的相关性。方法：于2017年01月--2018年12月，以本院纳入的58例精神分裂症患者，作为此次研究之中的观察主体。入院后，对其RSS（反应性探索）、NEF（凝视点数）进行检测，同时在患者接受为期6周之后的抗精神病治疗后，追踪分析RSS、NEF与PANSS（阳性与阴性症状量表）评分之间的关系。结果：在患者入院时、治疗6周后，PANSS阳性分量表与RSS、NEF均表现为负相关（p<0.05）。结论：精神分裂症患者的探索性眼球活动与其精神症状之间具有紧密的关系，就算通过系统的药物治疗，依然存在这种相关趋势，较好的反映出了患者精神病理状态。

| Abstract |
Objective: To explore the relationship between exploratory eye movement and mental symptoms in schizophrenics. Methods: from January 2017 to December 2018, 58 schizophrenics included in our hospital were taken as the observation subjects in this study. At the same time, the relationship between RSS, Nef and PANSS was analyzed after 6 weeks of antipsychotic treatment. Results: at the time of admission and 6 weeks after treatment, PANSS was negatively correlated with RSS and Nef (P < 0.05). Conclusion: there is a close relationship between exploratory eye movement and mental symptoms in schizophrenic patients. Even through systematic drug treatment, there is still a trend of this correlation, which better reflects the psychopathological state of patients.
