| Abstract |
Objective: To investigate the status of anxiety and depression in patients undergoing breast cancer surgery, and analyze the influencing factors of anxiety and depression in patients undergoing breast cancer surgery. Methods: from January 2017 to October 2019, 140 breast cancer patients who were treated by radical mastectomy in our hospital were selected as the research objects. The self rating Anxiety Scale and self rating Depression Scale were used to evaluate the psychological status of the patients, the anxiety and depression status of the patients were counted, and the breast cancer patients with anxiety and depression symptoms were selected. According to the evaluation results, the breast cancer patients were divided into observation patients Group (with anxiety and depression symptoms) and control group (without anxiety and depression symptoms), the clinical data of the two groups were analyzed and compared, and the influencing factors of anxiety and depression symptoms in patients undergoing breast cancer surgery were analyzed by single factor analysis and multi factor Logistic regression analysis. Results: in the single factor analysis, there were significant differences between the observation group and the control group in terms of age, education level, income level, payment method, marital status and family support (P < 0.05), while there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in terms of tumor stage and occupation (P > 0.05). According to logistic regression analysis, age, education level, income level, payment method, marital status and family support are the influencing factors of anxiety and depression symptoms in patients undergoing breast cancer surgery. Conclusion: the patients with breast cancer surgery are affected by income level, payment method, marital status, family support and other factors, and they are prone to anxiety and depression during the perioperative period. According to the above factors, targeted interventions should be taken to improve their psychological status.
