Objective: To explore the influence of humanistic care on quality of life, negative emotion and prognosis in patients with liver cancer and depression. Methods: a total of 120 patients with liver cancer and depression were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group (n = 60) and the control group (n = 60). The scores of knowledge, behavior, inflammatory factors and immune function, quality of life, anxiety and depression, pain, etc. were measured The proportion of pain grade was compared. Results: before the intervention, there was no difference between the two groups (P > 0.05). After the intervention, the scores of all dimensions of knowledge, belief and behavior were increased, and compared with the control group, the increase degree of the observation group was more significant, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Before intervention, there was no difference in the levels of hs CRP, IL-8, CD3 + and CD4 + between the two groups (P > 0.05). After intervention, the test values of inflammatory indexes decreased, and the test values of immune indexes increased (P < 0.05). Before intervention, there was no difference between the two groups (P > 0.05). After intervention, the scores of psychological function, social function and physical function increased, while the scores of symptom response decreased. Compared with the control group, the degree of increase and decrease in the observation group was more significant, and the difference was statistically significant (P > 0.05). Before intervention, there was no difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups (P > 0.05). After intervention, the scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups were decreased, and compared with the control group, the difference was more significant (P < 0.05). The proportion of pain grade in the observation group was better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Patients with liver cancer and depression should pay attention to humanistic care, which can improve the level of knowledge, reduce the degree of inflammatory response, enhance the immune function, improve the quality of life, relieve anxiety and depression, relieve pain, and have significant value.
