[目的]观察探讨护理干预对缓解胃癌化疗患者焦虑抑郁情绪和改善睡眠质量的效果。[方法]本研究中，选择我院2017年2月至2019年7月期间收治的148例胃癌化疗患者。根据随机数表法进行分组，设为对照组、研究组，各组占74例。对照组74例给予常规护理，研究组74例给予综合护理干预。对比观察干预前后患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪，评估患者睡眠质量，评价患者的生活质量，另外调查患者对本次护理的满意程度。[结果]研究组干预后的SAS评分、SDS评分低于对照组，有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组睡眠质量各指标评分低于对照组，二组数据比较有统计学差异（P<0.05）；研究组生活质量各指标评分比对照组高，数据分析，有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组护理满意度高于对照组，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。[结论]胃癌化疗患者护理干预中，综合护理的作用显著，建议推广。

| Abstract |
[Objective] to observe the effect of nursing intervention on relieving anxiety and depression of patients with gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy and improving sleep quality. [Methods] in this study, 148 patients with gastric cancer who were treated by chemotherapy in our hospital from February 2017 to July 2019 were selected. According to the method of random number table, 74 cases were divided into control group and study group. 74 cases in the control group were given routine nursing and 74 cases in the study group were given comprehensive nursing intervention. The anxiety and depression of the patients before and after the intervention were compared, the sleep quality and life quality of the patients were evaluated, and the satisfaction of the patients with this nursing was also investigated. [results] the scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05); the scores of sleep quality indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05); the scores of life quality indexes in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05); the nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05) (P < 0.05). [Conclusion] in the nursing intervention of patients with gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy, comprehensive nursing plays a significant role, which should be popularized.
