| 摘要 |
分析综合护理干预应用在脑卒中继发癫痫患者护理活动中的临床效果。方法 选取2021年06月-2022年06月收治的30例脑卒中继发癫痫患者，随机分为研究组与对照组，每组15例。对照组实施常规护理模式，研究组实施综合护理干预模式，对比两组护理前后生活自理能力（ADL）与运动能力、护理满意度。结果 护理前两组ADL、运动能力评分对比无明显差异（P＞0.05），护理后研究组患者ADL、运动能力评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组患者护理满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 脑卒中继发癫痫患者在护理活动当中，实施综合护理干预模式效果更为显著，可有效提高生活自理能力与运动能力，促使护理满意度能够进一步提升。

| Abstract |
Objective to analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing activities of patients with epilepsy secondary to stroke. Methods 30 patients with epilepsy secondary to stroke from May 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 15cases in each group. The control group implemented the routine nursing mode and the study group implemented the comprehensive nursing intervention mode. The ADL, motor ability and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared before and after nursing. Results there was no significant difference in ADL and motor ability scores between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05). After nursing, the ADL and motor ability scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05); The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion in the nursing activities of patients with epilepsy secondary to stroke, the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention mode has a more significant effect, which can effectively improve their self-care ability and exercise ability, and promote the further improvement of nursing satisfaction.
