| 摘要 |
分析无缝隙护理对老年冠心病患者心绞痛控制及生活质量的影响。方法 选择2020年到本院治疗老年冠心病患者心绞痛患者共66例作为观察对象，分为实验组与对照组。对两组患者焦虑、抑郁、生活质量以及对护理工作的满意度比对。结果 实验组护理后不良情绪改善优于对照组（P＜0.05）；实验组生活质量优于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组6分钟步行试验结果明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 运用无缝隙护理老年冠心病心绞痛患者，可以改善患者的生活质量，降低其焦虑和抑郁指标，无缝隙护理可运用。

| Abstract |
Objective to analyze the effect of seamless nursing on angina pectoris control and quality of life in elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 66 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris treated in our hospital from 2020 were selected as the observation objects, and were divided into experimental group and control group. Anxiety, depression, quality of life and satisfaction with nursing work were compared between the two groups. Results the improvement of bad mood in the experimental group was better than that in the control group (P < 0.05); The quality of life in the experimental group was better than that in the control group (P < 0.05); The nursing satisfaction of 31 / 33 (93.94%) in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of 25 / 33 (75.76%) in the control group (P < 0.05). The results of the 6-minute walk test in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion seamless nursing can improve the quality of life of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris and reduce their anxiety and depression indicators.
