摘要	非自杀性自伤行为是指不以自杀为目的的，直接的、故意的损伤自己身体组织，而且是不被社会和文化所认可的行为。青少年是非自杀性自伤发生的高风险期，此行为严重影响青少年的身心健康。本文回顾了青少年非自杀性自伤行为的流行病学资料，归纳总结相关解释模型、与自杀行为之间的关系模型以及相关干预措施，为预防青少年自伤自杀行为的发生提供了依据。国内关于青少年 NSSI 的流行病学资料和功能学方面的研究结果相对较丰富一些，但是在治疗方面需要更深入的研究，未来可以考虑进行非自杀性自伤治疗干预等方面的研究。
Abstract	Non-suicidal Self-injury(NSSI) refers to the direct and intentional damage to ones body tissues that is not intended to commit suicide and is not socially and culturally acceptable. Adolescents are at a high risk period for NSSI, which can seriously affect their physical and mental health. This paper reviewed the epidemiological data of adolescent NSSI, summarized the relevant explanation model, the relationship model and related intervention measures, and provided the basis for preventing the occurrence of NSSI among adolescents. At present, there are abundant research results on the epidemiology and symptomatology of adolescent NSSI behavior in China, but more and more in-depth research is needed on the treatment and intervention of NSSI behavior.
