| 摘要 |
探讨影响血液生化检验标本检验结果准确性的因素，为临床提高血液生化检验标本检验结果准确率提供参考。方法 选取2021年1月至2021年12月在本院进行血液生化检验的患者518例为研究对象，观察其血液生化检验标本检验结果准确率，以及影响准确率的相关因素。结果 518份血液标本的合格率为83.20%，不合格率为16.80%；影响血液标本不合格的主要因素包括：血液采集方法不当、血液保存条件不当、送检不及时、抗凝剂比例不合适、饮食不正确等。结论 影响血液生化检验标本检验结果准确性的因素较多，临床应针对主要影响因素进行干预，提高血液生化检验标本合格率。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the factors affecting the accuracy of blood biochemical test specimens, and to provide reference for clinical improvement of the accuracy of blood biochemical test specimens. Methods A total of 518 patients who underwent blood biochemical tests in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects. The accuracy of blood biochemical test specimens and the related factors affecting the accuracy were observed. Results The qualified rate of 518 blood samples was 83.20%, and the unqualified rate was 16.80%. The main factors affecting the unqualified blood samples included: improper blood collection method, improper blood storage conditions, untimely delivery for inspection, inappropriate proportion of anticoagulants, and incorrect diet. Conclusion There are many factors that affect the accuracy of blood biochemical test specimens, and clinical intervention should be made according to the main influencing factors to improve the qualified rate of blood biochemical test specimens.
