objective: to observe the effects of 100mg or 200mg isoniazid (INH) intrathecal injection combined with oral risperidone tablets on mental status and cerebrospinal fluid biochemical indexes of patients with tubercular meningitis (TBM) with mild anxiety symptoms. Methods: Choose our department during August 2016 to August 2019, 85 cases of patients with mild anxiety symptoms with TBM as the research object, self-evaluation of anxiety scale (SAS) score 50 ~ 59 minutes, in the regular anti-tuberculosis and oral risperidone treatment, based on the blades of by intrathecal injection of isoniazid dose group, small dose group of 42 cases given intrathecal injection of 100 mg of INH, high-dose group of 43 cases given intrathecal injection of 200 mg of INH, two groups were injected 1 times a week, according to the CSF biochemical index adjustment of injection time, continuous treatment after 3 months, Clinical efficacy, mental status and levels of CSF inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups. Results: the total effective rate of the high-dose group was 97.67% (42/43), slightly higher than that of the low-dose group (88.10% (37/42) (P > 0.05). The reduction of SAS and SDS scores in the high-dose group was better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The improvement range of CSF biochemical indexes in the high-dose group was significantly better than that in the low-dose group (P < 0.05). The incidence of drug-related adverse reactions in the high-dose group was 16.28%, which was slightly higher than that in the low-dose group (7.14%, P < 0.05). Conclusion: INH 200mg+ dexamethasone 5mg intrathecal injection combined with risperidone tablets can significantly improve the mental state of TBM patients with anxiety symptoms, improve the CSF cell number, chloride level, protein content and glucose level, and has important significance in improving the mental state of patients and improving the prognosis.
