目前，2019冠状病毒病(COVID-19)疫情严重，迅速播散至全国乃至世界各地。疫情期间，公众普遍产生恐惧心理，同样双相情感障碍患者也深受影响，本文概述接纳承诺疗法（ACT）对改善双相情感障碍症状及消除患者疫情下恐惧心理的治疗策略。

| Abstract |
At present, the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) epidemic situation in 2019 is severe, and it is rapidly spreading to the whole country and even the world. During the epidemic, the general public has fear, and patients with bipolar disorder are also deeply affected. This article outlines the treatment strategies for acceptance of commitment therapy (ACT) to improve the symptoms of bipolar disorder and eliminate the fear of patients in the epidemic.
