| 摘要 |
探究脑梗死病人实施早期肢体功能训练的效果。方法 文章研究人员选取时间2020年12月到2022年4月，选自科室神经内科，共选取研究患者60人，随机分成研究组（肢体康复训练）、对照组（常规脑梗死护理），每组研究患者30人，比对组间护理效率、Barthel量表、NIHSS量表得分。结果 研究组护理显效人数（15例）和总有效率（93.33%）明显超过对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组Barthel量表分数更高、NIHSS量表分数更低，P＜0.05。结论 脑梗死病人住院治疗期间需要实施早期肢体康复训练，对提升病人患侧肢体运动和神经功能具有明显作用，干预后病人自理能力也明显提升。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of early limb function training on patients with cerebral infarc- tion. Methods: the researchers selected 60 patients from the Department of Neurology from december2020 to April 2022. They were randomly divided into the study group (limb rehabilitation training) and the control group (routine cerebral infarction Nursing). There were 30 patients in each group. The scores of nursing efficiency, Barthel scale and NIHSS scale were compared. Results: the number of patients with significant nursing effect (15 cases) and the total effective rate (93.33%) in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); The score of Barthel scale was higher and that of NIHSS scale was lower in the study group (P<0.05). Conclusion: early limb rehabilitation training is necessary for patients with cerebral infarction during hospitalization, which has a significant effect on improving the motor and neural function of the affected limb, and the self-care ability of patients is also significantly improved after the intervention.
