调查肿瘤住院患者睡眠障碍的影响因素并讨论护理措施。方法 选择2017年6月-2019年6月我院100例肿瘤住院患者为研究对象，通过匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)调查其睡眠障碍发生情况，根据是否发生睡眠障碍分为观察组与对照组，调查两组患者临床资料，采用单因素分析与多因素分析调查睡眠障碍的影响因素。结果 100例患者发生睡眠障碍54例,发生率54.00%,观察组与对照组肿瘤分期、付费方式、疼痛程度、焦虑、抑郁、不良反应程度、文化程度、居住地、年龄差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05），婚姻、性别、治疗方法差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；多因素分析显示，严重疼痛、自费付费、TNM Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、焦虑、抑郁、不良反应3~4级是肿瘤住院患者睡眠障碍的影响因素。结论 肿瘤住院患者睡眠障碍发生率较高，受到疼痛、经济情况、肿瘤分期、不良情绪、不良反应等影响，应开展针对性护理措施以提升睡眠质量。

| Abstract |
Objective To investigate the influencing factors of sleep disorders in hospitalized patients with cancer and discuss nursing measures. Methods A total of 100 patients with tumors in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research object. The occurrence of sleep disorders was investigated by the Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI). They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to whether or not sleep disorders occur. The clinical data of two groups of patients were investigated, and the influencing factors of sleep disorders were investigated by single factor analysis and multifactor analysis. Results Sleep disturbances occurred in 54 of 100 patients, with an incidence of 54.00%. There were statistically significant differences in tumor staging, payment method, pain level, anxiety, depression, adverse reaction level, education level, place of residence, and age between the observation group and the control group (P <0.05), and there was no significant difference in marriage, gender, and treatment methods. Significance (P> 0.05); multivariate analysis showed that severe pain, out-of-pocket payment, TNM Ⅲ to Ⅳ, anxiety, depression, and adverse reactions grades 3 to 4 were the influencing factors for sleep disorders in patients with tumors. Conclusion Patients with cancer hospitalization have a higher incidence of sleep disorders, which are affected by pain, economic conditions, tumor staging, adverse emotions, and adverse reactions. Targeted nursing measures should be implemented to improve sleep quality.
