摘要
目的:探讨重复经颅磁刺激联合帕利哌酮缓释片对精神分裂症患者认知功能的疗效及安全性。方法:选择符合入组条件的首发精神分裂症患者61名,随机分成治疗组30例,对照组31例。对照组单纯应用帕利哌酮缓释片治疗,研究组联合应用重复经颅磁刺激。分别于治疗前及治疗4周后采用数字划消测验(CT)、修订版韦氏记忆量表(WMS-RC)、威斯康星卡片分类测验(WCST)分别评定患者的注意功能、记忆功能及执行功能。结果:治疗后,两组CT、WMS-RC各指标的得分均优于治疗前(P<0.01);组间比较,治疗组的得分明显高于于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组WCST各项评分优于治疗前,对照组总应答数、持续错误数、非持续性错误数较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗组的总应答数、持续错误数及非持续性错误数明显低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。两组均未出现明显副反应。结论:重复经颅磁刺激联合帕利哌酮缓释片更有助于改善精神分裂症患者的认知功能,安全性好。
Abstract
Obiectives To investigate the curative effect and safety of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with paliperidone extended release tablets on cognitive function of schizophrenic patients.Methods:61 first episode schizophrenic patients were randomly divided into 30 cases in the treatment group and 31 in the control group. The control group was treated with paliperidone extended release tablets, and the treatment group was combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation. The cognitive function of the two groups was evaluated before and 4 weeks after treatment, the attention function, memory function and executive function of the patients were assessed by Digital Cancellation Test (CT), Revised Wechsler Memory Scale (WMS-RC) and Wisconsin classification test (WCST) respectively.Results: After treatment, the scores of the two groups of CT and WMS-RC were all superior to those before the treatment, and had statistical significance (P<0.01);The comparison between the groups showed that the score of the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05). The scores of WCST in the treatment group were superior to those before the treatment,the results of the total responses,the continuous error and random error of the control group were superior to those before the treatment (P<0.05 or P<0.01); The total responses and perseverative error and non persistent error were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion: Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with paliperidone extended release tablets is more helpful to improve the cognitive function of schizophrenic patients,good safety.
