针对性护理用于急性上呼吸道感染的效果

摘要	分析探讨针对性护理用于急性上呼吸道感染的护理效果。方法选取我院2020年-2021年接收治疗急性上呼吸道感染患者120例为观察对象，随机将其分为观察组与对照组，其中对照组患者采用常规护理，观察组患者采用针对性护理，将两组患者护理前后的血清炎性指标、护理后的临床症状改善度与护理效果进行比较。结果护理后观察组患者血清炎性指标改善度优于对照组，临床症状改善度高于对照组，并且护理效果高于对照组，数据对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论将针对性护理应用于急性上呼吸道感染患者的临床护理中具有明显效果，可以有效改善患者症状体征，促进身体康复，值得推广与应用于急性上呼吸道感染患者的临床护理中。
Abstract	Objective: to analyze and explore the nursing effect of targeted nursing for acute upper respiratory tract infection. Methods 120 patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection treated in our hospital from 2020 to 2021 were selected as the observation object, and they were divided into observation group and control group at any time. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing, and the patients in the observation group were treated with targeted nursing. The serum inflammatory indexes before and after nursing, the improvement degree of clinical symptoms after nursing and the nursing effect were compared between the two groups. Results after nursing, the improvement of serum inflammatory indexes in the observation group was better than that in the control group, the improvement of clinical symptoms was higher than that in the control group, and the nursing effect was higher than that in the control group. The data comparison difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion the application of targeted nursing in the clinical nursing of patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection has obvious effect. It can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of patients and promote physical rehabilitation. It is worth popularizing and applying in the clinical nursing of patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection.
