[Abstract] Objective To study the influence factors of anxiety and depression in elderly patients with primary glaucoma.Methods Selected from April 2017 to April 2019 were 60 cases of elderly patients with primary glaucoma in the object of study, all patients after admission on the basis of the existence of anxiety depression into combination of anxiety and depression groups [self-evaluation of anxiety scale (SAS) score 50 points or more, depression self rating scale (SDS) score 53 points or more, n = 33], not with anxiety and depression group (SAS, SDS, < < 50 points 53 points, n = 27).Compared two groups of basic information (sex, age, course of the disease, the degree of culture, nationality, living areas, family economic income, sleep, family history of glaucoma, history of smoking, drinking, whether whether diabetes mellitus and hypertension), there will be a single factor of the difference of the information included in the Logistic model, quantitative assignment, clear senile primary glaucoma patients with risk factors of anxiety and depression.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in gender, education level, nationality, residential area, family economic income, family history of glaucoma, smoking history and drinking history (P > 0.05).The age and disease course of patients in the group with combined anxiety and depression were significantly higher than those in the group without combined anxiety and depression, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The proportion of family economic income < 3000 yuan, poor sleep, diabetes and hypertension patients in the group with anxiety and depression was significantly higher than that in the group without anxiety and depression, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Logistic model confirmed that high age, long disease course, family economic income < 3000 yuan, poor sleep, diabetes mellitus and hypertension were risk factors for anxiety and depression in elderly patients with primary glaucoma, all of which showed P < 0.05.Conclusion Clinician should pay attention to the influence of age, disease course, family income and associated diseases on anxiety and depression in elderly patients with primary glaucoma.
