[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of supportive psychotherapy combined with laparoscopic intervention in patients with tubal obstructive infertility. Methods A random number table method was used to group 97 patients with obstructive fallopian tube infertility in our hospital. 48 patients in the control group were treated with hysteroscopy, and 49 patients in the observation group added supportive psychotherapy on the basis of the control group. The changes of anxiety, depression, sleep quality, coping style, and quality of life of the patients in the treatment group were compared, and the fallopian tube patency rate and the 1-year pregnancy rate after operation were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the avoidance and yield items of SAS, SDS, PSQI and MCMQ scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P<0.05）. The comparison of patency rate and successful pregnancy rate was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Supportive psychotherapy can effectively relieve anxiety and depression of patients with obstructive tubal obstructive infertility, improve patients coping style, establish a good mentality, and improve sleep quality and quality of life.
