| 摘要 |
【摘要】 观察心境障碍性躁狂症患者应用不同抗精神病药物联合心境稳定剂治疗后效果。方法 将我院83例心境障碍性躁狂症患者采用随机数字表法分组，对照组41例给予氯丙嗪联合丙戊酸钠治疗，观察组42例患者采用阿立哌唑联合丙戊酸钠治疗，对比两组患者治疗后躁狂症状变化、社会功能改变，并对比两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率。结果 治疗2、4、6周后，观察组贝克-拉范森躁狂评分(BRMS)、社会功能缺陷筛选评分(SDSS)均低于对照组，观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 阿立哌唑联合丙戊酸钠能够有效控制心境障碍性躁狂症患者病情进展，提升社会功能，不良反应低，安全性高。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective To observe the effects of different antipsychotic drugs combined with mood stabilizers in patients with mood disorder mania. Methods Eighty-three patients with mood disorders and mania in our hospital were grouped by random number table method. The control group was given 41 cases of chlorpromazine combined with sodium valproate, and the observation group was given 42 cases of aripiprazole combined with sodium valproate. For treatment, compare the changes in manic symptoms and social function after treatment between the two groups of patients, and compare the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment between the two groups of patients. Results After 2, 4, and 6 weeks of treatment, the Beck-La Fanson Manic Score (BRMS) and Social Function Defect Screening Score (SDSS) of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that of the control group. It is statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Aripiprazole combined with sodium valproate can effectively control the progress of patients with mood disorder mania, improve social function, have low adverse reactions and high safety.
