Objective to analyze the effect of integrated rehabilitation nursing in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods the study period was selected from January 2021 to January 2022. The subjects were 70 patients with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital during this period. All patients were divided into two groups by random method. One group was the study group, which was given integrated rehabilitation care, and the other group was the routine group, which was given routine care. The number of patients in both groups was 35. The quality of life scores and blood lipid levels of the two groups were compared after nursing intervention. Results the scores of social function, psychological function, material life and physical function in the study group were higher than those in the routine group (P<0.05); In the comparison of blood lipid level, the score of the study group after nursing was also lower than that of the routine group (P<0.05). Conclusion integrated rehabilitation nursing for patients with coronary heart disease can improve their blood lipid level and improve their quality of life, which is worthy of application.
