| 摘要 |
【摘要】 分析肘部骨折患儿应用可视音乐引导式干预模式干预后患儿情绪障碍及治疗依从性变化。方法 将我院93例肘部骨折患儿采用随机数字表法进行分组，对照组46例给予常规护理干预，观察组47例增加可视音乐引导式干预模式联合干预，对比两组患儿干预前后情绪障碍改善效果，并对两组患儿干预后治疗依从性及家属对临床护理满意度。结果 干预后，观察组SCARED评分低于对照组，治疗依从性及NSNS评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 可视音乐引导式干预能够有效改善肘部骨折患儿情绪障碍，提升治疗依从性及护理满意度。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective To analyze the changes of emotional disorder and treatment compliance of children with elbow fractures after applying visual music-guided intervention mode. Methods Random number table method was used to group 93 children with elbow fractures in our hospital, 46 patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention, and 47 patients in the observation group were added visual music-guided intervention mode combined intervention to compare the emotions of the two groups before and after intervention Obstacle improvement effect, treatment compliance and clinical nursing satisfaction of the two groups of children after intervention. Results After intervention, the SCARED score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the treatment compliance and NSNS score were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) Conclusion Visual music-guided intervention can effectively improve emotional disorders in children with elbow fractures, improve treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction.
