【摘要】目的：研究分析拉贝洛尔联合音乐疗法对妊娠期高血压产妇焦虑抑郁情绪及分娩结局的影响。方法：将本院于2019年04月--2020年04月接收的172例妊娠期高血压产妇分成两组，其中常规组86例予以硫酸镁+常规护理；研究组86例予以拉贝洛尔+音乐疗法。结果：研究组抑郁评分、焦虑评分、PSQI评分、血压水平、24h尿蛋白水平均低于常规组（p<0.05）；研究组分娩结局优于常规组（p<0.05）。结论：妊娠期高血压产妇通过拉贝洛尔治疗以及音乐疗法干预之后，焦虑抑郁情绪显著减轻，血压稳定，24h尿蛋白水平也明显改善，同时还获得了满意的分娩结局。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective: To study the effect of rabeprolol combined with music therapy on anxiety and depression of pregnant women with hypertension and the outcome of delivery. Methods: from April 2019 to April 2020, 172 pregnant women with hypertension during pregnancy were divided into two groups, 86 in the routine group were given magnesium sulfate + routine nursing, 86 in the research group were given rabeprolol + music therapy. Results: the depression score, anxiety score, PSQI score, blood pressure level and 24-hour urine protein level of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05), and the delivery outcome of the study group was better than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: after the intervention of labetalol and music therapy, the anxiety and depression of pregnant women with hypertension were significantly reduced, the blood pressure was stable, the 24-hour urine protein level was also significantly improved, and the delivery outcome was satisfactory.
