Objective To analyze the effect of antibiotics combined with Tanreqing injection in the treatment of lung infection in patients with lung cancer. Methods A total of 70 patients with lung cancer lung infection in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected, and the digital table was randomly divided into 2 groups with 35 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with antibiotics, and the observation group increased on this basis. Tanreqing injection. The time of body temperature recovery, reduction of cough and expectoration, reduction of lung rales, blood detection levels of inflammatory factors, total effective rate, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The time of body temperature recovery, cough and phlegm reduction, and lung rales reduction in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group. After treatment, the blood detection of inflammatory factors-related monitoring levels in the patients was lower than that in the control group, and the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group, P<0.05. There were no adverse reactions in the two groups during treatment, P>0.05. Conclusion Antibacterial drugs combined with Tanreqing injection has exact therapeutic effect on lung infection of lung cancer, and can quickly relieve the symptoms of lung infection. It is safe and effective, and is worthy of promotion.
