【Abstract】Objective To investigate the effect of fluvoxamine maleate combined with pramipexole on non-motor symptoms in patients with Parkinsons depression. Methods A total of 106 patients with Parkinsons depression who were admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were included in this observation. The coin toss method was divided into 2 groups, and 53 patients in the control group received pramipexole. In the observation group, 53 patients were treated with fluvoxamine maleate. Both groups continued treatment for 3 months. The cognitive function score, anxiety and depression mood score, Parkinsons disease comprehensive score and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the MOCA score of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the HAMA score and HAMD score were lower than the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05), the UPDRS score of the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was significant (P <0.05), there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Fluvoxamine maleate combined with pramipexole can effectively improve the mental behavior and mood, daily activities and motor function of patients with Parkinsons disease, relieve cognitive dysfunction, anxiety, depression and other non-motor symptoms. The safety factor is high and worth recommending .
