【摘要】目的：研究分析拉贝洛尔联合音乐疗法对妊娠期高血压产妇焦虑抑郁情绪以及分娩结局的影响。方法：将150例妊娠期高血压产妇分成常规组（硫酸镁+常规护理）、研究组（拉贝洛尔+音乐疗法）。各75例。结果：研究组干预后PSQI睡眠质量评分、SDS抑郁评分、SAS焦虑评分显著低于常规组p<0.05）；研究组干预后收缩压、舒张压以及24h尿蛋白显著低于常规组p<0.05）；研究组母婴不良结局发生率显著低于常规组（p<0.05）。结论：应用拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠高血压产妇的同时给予音乐疗法干预，可进一步减轻其负性情绪，提高其血压控制效果，避免母婴不良结局，值得引起临床重视并大范围推广。

[Abstract] Objective: To study the effect of rabeprolol combined with music therapy on anxiety and depression of pregnant women with hypertension and the outcome of delivery. Methods: 150 cases of pregnant women with hypertension were divided into two groups: routine group (magnesium sulfate + routine nursing), study group (rabeprolol + music therapy). 75 cases each. Results: after intervention, PSQI sleep quality score, SDS depression score and SAS anxiety score in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05); systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and 24-hour urinary protein in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05); the incidence of adverse outcomes in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P
