| 摘要 |
【摘要】 分析老年抑郁症患者应用舒肝解郁胶囊联合西酞普兰治疗后效果。方法 将我院91例老年抑郁症患者采用随机数字表法分组，对照组45例给予西酞普兰口服治疗，观察组46例增加舒肝解郁胶囊治疗，观察两组患者治疗后神经递质水平、神经营养因子水平、睡眠质量、负面情绪及认知功能变化，并对比临床疗效。结果 治疗后，观察组NE、DA、5-HT、BDNF水平、MoCA评分及总有效率均高于对照组，PSQI及HAMD评分均低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 舒肝解郁胶囊联合西酞普兰能够有效改善老年抑郁症患者单胺类神经递质及脑源性神经营养因子水平，消除负面情绪，提升睡眠质量及认知功能。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of Shugan Jieyu Capsule combined with citalopram in elderly patients with depression. Methods A total of 91 elderly patients with depression in our hospital were grouped by random number table. The control group was treated with citalopram orally. The observation group was treated with Shugan Jieyu Capsule. , Neurotrophic factor levels, sleep quality, negative mood and cognitive function changes, and compare clinical efficacy. Results After treatment, the levels of NE, DA, 5-HT, BDNF, MoCA score, and total effective rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the PSQI and HAMD scores were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Shugan Jieyu capsule combined with citalopram can effectively improve the levels of monoamine neurotransmitters and brain-derived neurotrophic factors in elderly patients with depression, eliminate negative emotions, and improve sleep quality and cognitive function.
