[Abstract] Objective To study the correlation between psychological resilience and negative emotions in breast cancer patients. Methods A total of 150 patients with breast cancer from November 2016 to November 2019 in our hospital selected as the research object. The psychological resilience scale (CD-RISC), Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA), Hamilton depression scale (HAMD), Chinese version of the patient fear disease progress scale (FoP-Q-SF) were used to investigate the patients, and Pearson linear correlation method was used to analyze the correlation between CD-RISC and HAMA, HAMD and FoP-Q-SF. Results The CD-RISC score of 150 breast cancer patients was (57.43±6.82). The CD-RISC scores of HAMA≤28 points, HAMD≤24 points, FoP-Q-SF≤30 points were significantly higher than those of HAMA>28 points, HAMD>24 points, FoP-Q-SF>30 points, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). According to the analysis of Pearson line correlation method, CD-RISC was negatively correlated with HAMA, HAMD, and FoP-Q-SF. Conclusion The psychological resilience of breast cancer patients is significantly related to negative emotions. Clinically, by reducing negative emotions, the psychological resilience of patients can be improved to assist clinical treatment.
