临床护理路径对麻风病康复者心理状态及自护能力的影响分析

摘要	分析对麻风病康复者施以临床护理路径对自护能力和心理状态的影响。方法分析对象选择于2020.11~2021.11疾控中心收治、管理的麻风病患者及治愈存活者58例，随机数字法予以分组研究，施以临床护理路径的29例患者分入研究组，施以常规护理的29例患者分入对照组，对护理效果（护理前后自护能力、护理前后焦虑评分）进行对比和分析。结果护理前2组患者自护能力评分比较P>0.05；护理后，与对照组比较，研究组患者自护能力评分明显较高（P<0.05）；护理前2组心理状态评分（SAS）比较P>0.05；护理后，与对照组比较，研究组心理状态评分（SAS）明显较低（P<0.05）。结论对麻风病康复者施以临床护理路径效果突出，不但可改善患者自护能力，同时可改善患者心理状态，此护理方法值得推广。
Abstract	Objective to analyze the influence of clinical nursing pathway on self-care ability and psycho- logical state of leprosy rehabilitation patients. Methods 90 patients with leprosy treated in CDC from November 2020 to November 2021 were selected for analysis. 45 patients with clinical nursing pathway were divided into the study group and 45 patients with routine nursing were divided into the control group. The nursing effects (self-care ability before and after nursing, depression and anxiety before and after nursing) were compared and analyzed. Results before nursing, the scores of self-care ability of the two groups were compared (P>0.05); After nursing, compared with the control group, the score of self-care ability in the study group was significantly higher (P<0.05); The mental state scores (SDS, SAS) of the two groups before nursing were compared (P>0.05); After nursing, compared with the control group, the mental state scores (SDS and SAS) of the study group were significantly lower (P<0.05). Conclusion the clinical nursing pathway for leprosy rehabilitation has outstanding effect, which can not only improve the self-care ability of patients, but also improve the psychological state of patients. This nursing method is worthy of popularization.
