【摘要】目的：研究分析团体心理治疗在艾司西酞普兰治疗抑郁症患者中的应用效果。方法：于2019年01月--2020年01月，以本院接收的100例抑郁症患者作为观察对象。根据双盲随机对照原则，予以分组探讨，其中一组名为常规组（艾司西酞普兰治疗），另一组名为研究组（艾司西酞普兰+团体心理治疗）。每个小组分别50例。结果：研究组HAMD抑郁评分、SDSS社会功能缺陷评分均显著低于常规组（p<0.05）；研究组生活质量评分显著高于常规组（p<0.05）；研究组满意度高于常规组（p<0.05）。结论：指导抑郁症患者应用艾司西酞普兰治疗的同时加强团体心理治疗，可进一步减轻其抑郁症状，改善其社会功能及生活质量，且患者满意度较高，值得在临床中大范围普及应用。

| Abstract |
Objective: To study and analyze the effect of group psychotherapy on escitalopram in the treatment of depression. Methods: from January 2019 to January 2020, 100 patients with depression in our hospital were selected as the observation objects. According to the principle of double-blind randomized control, the patients were divided into two groups: one group was treated with escitalopram, the other group was called study group (escitalopram + group psychotherapy). Each group had 50 cases. Results: the HAMD depression score and SDSS social function defect score of the study group were significantly lower than those of the conventional group (P < 0.05); the life quality score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group (P < 0.05); the satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: to guide the application of escitalopram in the treatment of depression and strengthen the group psychotherapy can further reduce the symptoms of depression, improve their social function and quality of life, and patients satisfaction is high, which is worthy of wide application in clinical practice.
