| 摘要 |
目的 研究在西药处方管理中实施药学服务时所展现出的应用效果和应用价值。方法 本次研究的观察对象均为我院2023年1月-2023年12月期间的西药处方，共计200张，其中设置2023年1月-2023年6月的100张西药处方实施常规处方管理，作为对照组；2023年7月-2023年12月的100张西药处方实施药学服务管理，作为观察组。对两组西药处方的不合理处方情况进行评价分析。结果 经干预可得，对照组不合理处方率为27/100（27.00%），观察组不合理处方率为2/100（2.00%）；观察组不合理处方率远低于对照组，组间数值P＜0.05，说明存在对比意义。结论 在西药处方管理中实施药学服务时能够有效减少不合理处方情况的发生，值得在临床上进行推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the application effect and application value of pharmaceutical care in the western medicine prescription management. Methods The subjects of this study were 200 western medicine prescriptions from January 2023 to December 2023; 100 prescriptions from January 2023 to 20 June 2023 were administered as the control group; 100 Western medicine prescriptions from July 2023 to December 2023 were administered as the observation group. The unreasonable prescription of western medicine prescription in the two groups was evaluated and analyzed. Results According to the intervention, the unreasonable prescription rate in the control group was 27 / 100 (27.00%), and that in the observation group was 2 / 100 (2.00%); the observation group was much lower than that in the control group, with P <0.05, indicating the comparative significance. Conclusion The implementation of pharmaceutical care in the management of western medicine prescription can effectively reduce the occurrence of unreasonable prescription, which is worth promoting in clinical practice.
