Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Tang combined with Huanglian Wendan Tang in the treatment of hypertension induced dizziness. Methods 64 patients with hypertension induced dizziness admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received conventional drug treatment, while the observation group received Banxia Baizhu Tianma Tang combined with Huanglian Wendan Tang. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, the scores of traditional Chinese medicine dizziness symptoms and blood pressure levels were comparable between the two groups, with no significant difference (P>0.05). After treatment, the dizziness symptoms in the observation group were significantly improved, and both systolic and diastolic blood pressure were significantly lower than those in the control group, with a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of hypertension induced dizziness, the combination therapy of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Tang and Huanglian Wendan Tang has shown excellent therapeutic effects. This method can not only effectively alleviate patients dizziness symptoms, but also significantly lower blood pressure, bringing substantial health improvements to patients and having broad clinical application prospects.
