| 摘要 |
目的 观察分析对化脓性中耳炎患者实施医护一体化快速康复护理的临床效果和应用价值。方法 采用回顾性研究方法，选择院内就诊的60例化脓性中耳炎患者（样本纳入例数：60例；样本纳入时间：2022年3月至2024年4月），分为对照、实验两组。结果 与对照组相比，实验组护理后的生活质量评分（角色功能/情绪功能/认知功能/社会功能/躯体功能）更高，实验组护理后的炎性因子水平（PCT/IL-1β/IL-8/IL-5）更低，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 医护一体化快速康复护理可以有效改善化脓性中耳炎患者生活质量，抑制炎症反应，缓解症状促进恢复，有较高应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect and application value of implementing integrated medical and nursing rapid rehabilitation nursing for patients with suppurative otitis media. Methods A retrospective study was conducted to select 60 patients with suppurative otitis media who received treatment in the hospital (sample included: 60 cases; sample included time: March 2022 to April 2024), and they were divided into control and experimental groups. Results Compared with the control group, the experimental group had higher quality of life scores (role function/emotional function/cognitive function/social function/physical function) after nursing, and lower levels of inflammatory factors (PCT/IL-1 β/IL-8/IL-5) after nursing, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Integrated medical and nursing rapid rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with suppurative otitis media, inhibit inflammatory reactions, alleviate symptoms, and promote recovery, with high application value.
