Objective To observe and analyze the application effect and application value of acupoint massage combined with TCM syndrome differentiation for promoting postpartum lactation. Methods Using a retrospective study method, 60 cases of primipara were selected (60 cases; sample inclusion time: May 2023 to May 2024), which were divided into control and experimental groups based on random touch and ball, and the number of observation was highly consistent. Routine nursing, acupoint massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and diet nursing. Collect and analyze the nursing effect. Results Compared with the control group (usual care), the experimental group (acupressure combined with TCM syndrome) had shorter first lactation, higher lactation, higher quality of life score (role / emotional / cognitive / social / somatic / overall health), and lower incidence of acute mastitis (P <0.05). Conclusion acupoint massage combined with TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing can effectively promote postpartum lactation, promote the quality of life, reduce the risk of acute mastitis, improve the prognosis, and have high application value.
