摘要	乳腺腺鳞癌合并梭形细胞肉瘤是一种罕见的乳腺恶性肿瘤，属于混合型乳腺化生性癌。此类肿瘤呈双向分化，以巢团状浸润的癌样成分及梭形肉瘤样成分为主。由于目前对呈双相分化的乳腺化生性癌报道较少，其临床特点、治疗方式及预后均尚不明确。暨南大学附属第一医院收治了1例乳腺腺鳞癌合并梭形细胞肉瘤患者，现将患者的诊治过程作如下报道。
Abstract	Adenosquamous carcinoma of the breast with spindle cell sarcoma is a rare malignant tumor of the breast, which belongs to mixed metaplastic carcinoma of the breast. This type of tumor is bidirectionally differentiated, with nest-like invasive carcinomatous components and spindle-shaped sarcomatous components predominantly. Due to the few reports of bi-directional differential breast metaplastic carcinoma, its clinical characteristics, treatment methods and prognosis are still unclear. The First Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University admitted a patient with adenosquamous carcinoma complicated with spindle cell sarcoma, and the diagnosis and treatment process of the patient is reported as follows.
