| 摘要 |
目的 探究ICU护理实习临床教学中采取CDIO+Mini-CEX教学模式的应用效果。方法 随机选取2023年12月-2024年12月重庆大学附属江津医院重症医学科60名大专学历以上实习生作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各组30名。其中参考组行常规教学模式,研究组采取CDIO+Mini-CEX教学模式。以理论、操作成绩、各项能力及教学满意度评价两组效果。结果 研究组理论、操作成绩相比对照组较高(P<0.05)。研究组各项能力高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组教学满意度相比对照组较高(P<0.05)。结论 ICU护理实习临床教学中采取CDIO+Mini-CEX教学模式效果凸显,能够提升实习生理论、操作成绩及各项能力,为此实习生较为满意。此种教学方法值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application effect of CDIO+Mini CEX teaching mode in clinical teaching of ICU nursing internships. Methods Sixty interns with a college degree or above from the Department of Critical Care Medicine at Jiangjin Hospital affiliated with Chongqing University from December 2023 to December 2024 were randomly selected as the research subjects. They were divided into a control group and a study group using a random number table method, with 30 students in each group. The reference group adopts the conventional teaching mode, while the research group adopts the CDIO+Mini CEX teaching mode. Evaluate the effectiveness of the two groups based on theoretical and operational performance, various abilities, and teaching satisfaction. Results The theoretical and operational scores of the research group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The research group had higher abilities than the control group (P<0.05). The teaching satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The adoption of CDIO+Mini CEX teaching mode in clinical teaching of ICU nursing internships is highly effective, and can improve the theoretical, operational, and various abilities of interns. Therefore, interns are relatively satisfied with this. This teaching method is worth promoting.
