| 摘要 |
目的 研讨手足显微外科患者术后的疼痛情况及护理干预的效果。方法 选择2024年01月-2024年10月在我院进行手足显微外科的患者100例，根据患者术后不同时间段的疼痛程度进行评分，根据患者不同疼痛时间长度进行护理，来分析护理对于术后疼痛情况的影响。结果 12~16时和20~24时与其他时间段相比，疼痛持续时间更长；对于疼痛持续时间<30 min的患者护理前后的VAS疼痛评分比较具有统计学意义。结论 术后患者在12~16时和20~24时间段内疼痛最为明显，可在该时间段内进行有效预防；对于疼痛小于30min的患者护理效果显著，对于疼痛超过30min的患者护理效果不明显，可能需要进行药物干预。

| Abstract |
Objective To discuss the postoperative pain situation of hand and foot microsurgery patients and the effect of nursing intervention. Methods Select 100 patients with hand and foot microsurgery in our hospital from January 2024 to October 2024, score the pain degree of patients in different periods after surgery, and provide care according to the different lengths of pain, so as to analyze the impact of nursing on postoperative pain. Results Longer pain duration at 12-16 and 20-24; significant VAS pain scores before and after care for patients with pain duration <30 min. Conclusion During 12-16 and 20-24, it can be effective prevention; for patients with pain less than 30min, not for patients with pain more than 30min, drug intervention may be required.
