【摘要】探讨压力接种联合森田疗法在维持性血液透析（MHD）患者中的心理护理效果。方法 选择2018年2月~2020年2月100例MHD患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组与观察组，对照组进行常规护理，观察组在此基础上开展压力接种联合森田疗法。比较两组患者护理前后抑郁自评量表（SDS）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）、心理痛苦筛查工具(DMSM)以及压力知觉量表（PSS)。结果 护理后两组SAS评分、SDS评分均有所下降，且护理后观察组均显著低于对照组，(P<0.05)；两组护理后DMSM评分、PSS评分均显著降低，且护理后观察组各项评分均显著低于对照组，(P<0.05)。结论 压力接种联合森田疗法能够提升MHD患者的心理护理效果，改善焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪的同时降低心里痛苦与心理压力，值得临床推广。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective To explore the psychological nursing effect of pressure vaccination combined with Morita therapy in patients with maintenance hemodialysis (MHD). Methods A total of 100 patients with MHD from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group received routine care, and the observation group developed pressure vaccination combined with morita therapy on this basis. The self-rating depression scale (SDS), anxiety self-rating scale (SAS), psychological distress screening tool (DMSM) and stress perception scale (PSS) of patients before and after nursing between two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the SAS score and SDS score of both groups decreased, and the observation group after nursing was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). The DMSM score and PSS score of the two groups were significantly reduced after care, and the scores of the observation group after care were significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Stress vaccination combined with morita therapy can improve the psychological care effect of MHD patients, improve anxiety, depression and other negative emotions while reducing psychological pain and psychological pressure, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
