| 摘要 |
目的 探究社区卫生服务中心开设PICC维护护理门诊的应用效果。方法 回顾性分析2024年1月至2024年12月社区卫生服务中心开设PICC维护护理门诊前后40例PICC置管患者。2024年1月至2024年6月开设前设为对照组（20例）和2024年7月至2024年12月开设后设为观察组（20例），对照组在上级医院进行PICC维护，观察组在社区卫生服务中心进行维护。对比两组患者的满意度及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组的护理满意度及并发症发生率都优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 社区卫生服务中心开设PICC维护护理门诊效果显著，能有效提高患者满意度，减少并发症发生率。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application effect of setting up PICC maintenance nursing clinics in community health service centers. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 40 patients with PICC catheterization before and after the establishment of PICC maintenance nursing clinics in community health service centers from January 2024 to December 2024. From January 2024 to June 2024, it was set as a control group (20 cases) before the establishment, and from July 2024 to December 2024, it was set as an observation group (20 cases) after the establishment. The control group received PICC maintenance at a higher-level hospital, while the observation group received maintenance at a community health service center. Compare the satisfaction and incidence of complications between two groups of patients. Results The nursing satisfaction and incidence of complications in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The establishment of PICC maintenance nursing clinics in community health service centers has shown significant effects, improving patient satisfaction and reducing the incidence of complications.
