[Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the effect of intensive care combined with evidence-based nursing on the negative psychology, sleep quality and limb function score of patients undergoing hip replacement surgery. Methods: A random sampling method was used to select 80 patients undergoing hip replacement surgery from April 2018 to June 2019, and were divided into a reference group (n=40) and a research group (n=40) according to the order of admission. ). Patients in the reference group were given routine surgical care, and patients in the study group were given intensive care combined with evidence-based nursing. The negative psychology, joint pain score, sleep quality and limb function score of the two groups of patients before and after nursing were compared. Results: The HAMA scale, HAMD scale, and limb VAS scores of the study group patients after nursing were significantly lower than those of the reference group (P<0.05); the PSQI index scores of patients in the study group after nursing were significantly lower than that of the reference group (P <0.05), the Harris hip function score of the study group patients after nursing was significantly higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Evidence-based nursing combined with intensive nursing intervention for patients with hip replacement surgery can promote the recovery of postoperative limb function, reduce negative psychology and postoperative limb pain symptoms. This nursing method can also improve the quality of postoperative sleep of patients. Higher clinical application value.
