| 摘要 |
本文旨在探讨瑞马唑仑联合瑞芬太尼全凭静脉麻醉在喉罩辅助下体表肿物切除术中的临床应用效果及体会。通过回顾分析我院近期进行的此类手术病例，总结麻醉效果、手术安全性及患者满意度等方面的情况。结果表明，瑞马唑仑联合瑞芬太尼全凭静脉麻醉具有起效快、苏醒迅速、副作用少等优点，适用于体表肿物切除术的麻醉管理。

| Abstract |
The purpose of this study was to investigate the clinical effect and experience of remazolam combined with remifentanil in total intravenous anesthesia in laryngeal mask assisted resection of body surface masses. By reviewing and analyzing the recent cases of this kind of operation in our hospital, the anesthetic effect, surgical safety and patient satisfaction were summarized. The results showed that intravenous anesthesia with remazolam combined with remifentanil has the advantages of rapid onset, rapid recovery and few side effects, and is suitable for the anesthesia management of excision of body surface masses.
