产后腰痛的中西医结合研究进展

摘要	产后腰痛是产妇常见的健康问题，其发病率较高，严重影响了产妇的生活质量。近年来，关于产后腰痛的研究逐渐增多。本文将从影响因素、发病机制及治疗方法等方面综述产后腰痛的研究进展，以期为产后腰痛的治疗和护理提供参考依据。
Abstract	Postpartum low back pain is a common maternal health problem with a high prevalence, which seriously affects the quality of life of mothers. In recent years, studies on postpartum low back pain have gradually increased. In this paper, we will summarize the research progress of postpartum low back pain from the aspects of influencing factors, pathogenesis and treatment methods, with a view to providing reference basis for the treatment and care of postpartum low back pain.
