| 摘要 |
探讨经人体自然腔道取标本的结肠次全切除联合改良术的手术配合。方法 回顾性分析我院胃肠外科于2017年6月至2020年10月开展的11例NOSES金陵术患者的临床资料。结果 11例患者平均手术时间（279 ± 99.7）min，平均术中出血（62.7 ± 47.7）ml，平均出院天数（19 ± 8.3）d，11例患者顺利手术，未发生术后并发症。结论 精心的术前准备和娴熟的术中配合是NOSES金陵术顺利进行的保证。

| Abstract |
Objective: To explore the operative cooperation of subtotal colon resection combined with modified colectomy for human natural cavity specimens. Methods: The clinical data of 11 cases of Jinling Noses patients who were carried out in the Gastrointestinal Surgery Department of our hospital from June 2017 to October 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Generalconditions: mean operative time (279 ± 99.7) min, intraoperativebleeding (62.7 ± 47.7)ml, mean days out of hospital (19 ± 8.3) d, 11 patients were successfully operated without postoperative bleeding, anastomotic fistula, intestinal adhesion and other complications. Conclution: Careful preoperative preparation and skillful coordination ensure the smooth operation of the Noses.
