Objective To analyze the value of using budesonide in the clinical treatment of pediatric bronchiolitis patients. Methods 80 children with bronchiolitis who visited our pediatric clinic from December 2023 to November 2024 were randomly divided into a control group (n=40) receiving conventional treatment and an observation group (n=40) receiving additional budesonide treatment. Compare the improvement time of clinical symptoms between two groups of children, and compare the satisfaction of parents of the two groups of children with the treatment. Results The disappearance time of symptoms such as cough, fever, and wheezing in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the parents of the children in the observation group had higher satisfaction with treatment, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of budesonide treatment in the clinical treatment plan of pediatric bronchiolitis patients can improve clinical symptoms as early as possible, promote physical comfort in children, improve the disease, increase parental satisfaction with treatment, and have a good medical experience.
