| 摘要 |
目的 探究行为导向结合MDT形成的多元化教学模式在肾内科临床实习生带教中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月-2024年12月在本院肾内科临床实习的197人为研究对象。随机分组,对照组实施常规带教模式,观察组实施行为导向结合MDT形成的多元化教学模式,对比两组实习生肾内科基础知识、病例分析、情景模拟操作的成绩。结果 观察组肾内科临床实习生的成绩高于对照组。(P<0.05)。结论 肾内科临床实习生带教中,实施行为导向结合MDT形成的多元化教学模式可有效提升带教质量。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application effect of the diversified teaching model formed by behavioral orientation combined with MDT in the teaching of clinical interns in the nephrology department. Methods A total of 197 clinical interns in the nephrology department of our hospital from January 2019 to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects. The interns were randomly divided into groups. The control group implemented the conventional teaching mode, while the observation group implemented the diversified teaching mode formed by behavioral orientation combined with MDT. The achievements of the two groups of interns in basic knowledge of nephrology, case analysis, and scenario simulation operations were compared. Results The achievements of the clinical interns in the nephrology department of the observation group were higher than those of the control group. (P<0.05). Conclusion In the teaching of clinical interns in the nephrology department, the implementation of the diversified teaching model formed by behavioral orientation combined with MDT can effectively improve the teaching quality.
